Starting #100DaysOfCode

I've posted multiple times about un-productivity and quitting MOOCs. The last few weeks were really unproductive for me (more here) and I was thinking about leaving CS50x, again!

I've been an unproductive monster and I've slowly started to recover in the writing side by posting three posts last week, but I've made little progress in the code side of things. So, to get on top of that, I've decided to start #100DaysOfCode!

How it works:

First of all, I did not come up with this challenge. There are a lot of people who have done this before me, are doing this right now and will do it after me. I got the inspiration from a post on Free Code Camp's Medium Blog.

So how it works is that everyday, starting tomorrow(i.e June 18, 2016), I will sit down everyday, for at least one hour, to code. At the end of the day, I'll push the days work to this repository on my GitHub page. I'll also try writing up a short blog post explaining what I did that day but It's going to be hard doing it everyday so I'll just be frequent and try to post about everyday either individual or in a joint post summarizing a few days. I'll also be tweeting about it using the hashtag, #100DaysOfCode.

Well that's it for now. Until next time!
